How do you count members?
Members include all active rowers, coxswains, and coaches on your roster. Count is assessed at the start of each billing period. Overages are prorated — you're never cut off mid-season.
Which timing systems are supported?
RegattaStream ingests results from 8 major timing platforms: HereNOW, RegattaMaster, RegattaCentral, CrewTimer, Time-Team, RegattaTiming, RowTimer, and ClockCaster. New integrations added at no extra charge.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days free on any paid plan, no credit card required. Full access to all features during the trial period.
Do you offer discounts for youth or scholastic programs?
Youth and high school programs receive 20% off any annual plan. Non-profit rowing clubs with 501(c)(3) status also qualify for discounted pricing — contact us at signup.
How does fan fundraising work?
Fans see emotionally-timed donation prompts at peak moments — rank climbs, season bests, rivalry wins. 88% of every dollar deposits directly to your club via Stripe Connect. Club plan drops platform fee from 10% to 2.9%.
Can we switch plans as we grow?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing portal. When you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference automatically. No contracts on monthly plans.
