Welcome to RegattaStream, a sports technology platform operated by MyoSport Inc. ("MyoSport," "we," "our," or "us"). RegattaStream provides rowing results aggregation, club rankings, Speed Order athlete rankings, and engagement tools for the US rowing community, including athletes, coaches, clubs, and fans.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the RegattaStream mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read this policy carefully. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described below.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use our Services.

2Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you provide when you register for an account, create a profile, or interact with our Services:

• Account registration details: name, email address, password, and profile photo
• Athlete or coach profile information: date of birth, gender, height, weight, rowing experience, club affiliation, and competitive history
• Communications: messages sent through CrewChat or other in-app messaging features
• User-generated content: photos, videos, comments, and media uploaded to the platform
• Payment information: billing address and payment card details (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers)
• Correspondence: emails, support requests, or feedback you send to us

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Services, we automatically collect certain technical and usage data:

• Device information: device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information
• Usage data: pages and screens viewed, features used, search queries, time spent, and clickstream data
• Log data: IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and crash reports
• Location information: general location derived from IP address; precise GPS location only with your explicit permission
• Performance metrics: app load times, errors, and diagnostic data

2.3 Information from Third Parties

• Rowing timing platforms: race results, split times, event entries, and competitive data from timing providers such as RegattaCentral, Regatta Network, HereNOW, RegattaMaster, Row2K, and other affiliated systems
• USRowing and governing bodies: club rosters, membership status, and sanction information
• Social login providers: if you choose to sign in using Google, Apple, or another third-party account, we receive basic profile information (name, email address) from that provider
• Analytics partners: aggregated demographic and interest information to improve our Services

2.4 Wearable and Connected Device Data

With your explicit authorization, RegattaStream may integrate with third-party wearable devices and fitness platforms (such as Concept2, WHOOP, Garmin, and Oura). Data collected may include heart rate, stroke rate, distance, pace, recovery metrics, and sleep data. You control these integrations and may revoke access at any time.

3How We Use Your Information

3.1 Providing and Improving the Services

• Creating and managing your account
• Displaying race results, regatta data, and Speed Order rankings
• Powering CrewChat messaging, Boat Bay fleet management, and club engagement features
• Generating personalized athlete dashboards and performance insights
• Processing payments for premium subscriptions and founding member plans
• Sending transactional communications (account confirmations, receipts, security alerts)

3.2 Personalization and Analytics

• Personalizing content, rankings, and recommendations based on your club affiliations and preferences
• Analyzing usage patterns to improve product features and user experience
• Conducting internal research and developing new features

3.3 Communications and Marketing

• Sending personalized weekly results emails and club performance updates
• Notifying you of new features, product updates, and rowing community news
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in

3.4 Safety, Security, and Legal Compliance

• Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents

4.1 With Your Consent

We share information with third parties when you have given us explicit permission to do so.

4.2 Public Profile and Results Data

Athletic performance data, race results, club affiliations, and Speed Order rankings displayed on RegattaStream are inherently public competitive records, consistent with how results are published by regattas and governing bodies. Your profile display name and competitive history may be visible to other users. You can control additional profile visibility in your account settings.

4.3 Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our Services, including cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors (Stripe), email delivery services, analytics providers, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually required to process data only on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions and this Privacy Policy.

4.4 Rowing Organizations and Timing Partners

We may share aggregated, de-identified data with USRowing, regional associations, and timing platform partners to improve the rowing ecosystem. We do not share individually identifiable data with these partners without your consent.

4.5 Business Transfers

If MyoSport is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on the Services if such a transfer occurs.

4.6 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

5Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We also retain data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8). Some data, such as public competitive results, may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form.

6Children's Privacy

RegattaStream is designed for use by individuals 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

For users between 13 and 17 years of age ("minors"), we encourage parents and guardians to review this Privacy Policy and discuss it with their children. Clubs and coaches may create or manage profiles for minor athletes; in such cases, the responsible adult assumes responsibility for compliance with applicable laws.

7Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical, administrative, and physical security measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Note that competitive results tied to public regattas are part of the public record and may not be fully removable.

8.5 Push Notifications

You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or within the RegattaStream app notification preferences.

8.6 Connected Accounts and Wearables

You may revoke RegattaStream's access to any connected third-party accounts or wearable integrations at any time through your account settings or through the relevant third-party platform.

8.7 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, the right to delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. 8.8 Nevada Residents

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as pixels, web beacons, and local storage) on our website and app to:

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals, as there is no industry-standard interpretation of such signals.
